CODE OF CONDUCT
• Buyers are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner during the event, respecting the time and business interests of sellers and other participants.
• Buyers are selected based on their relevance to the healthcare industry and must meet the criteria set by the organizer. Participation is by invitation only, and all registered buyers will be subject to verification before final confirmation.
• By registering, buyers commit to attending all pre-scheduled meetings and sessions during the event on April 10-11, 2025 in Nairobi, Kenya. Participation is essential to ensure meaningful interactions with sellers.
PARTICIPATION CONFIRMATION
• To confirm participation, buyers must complete the registration form and provide their procurement requirements. Buyers are expected to review the list of sellers and indicate which companies they are interested in meeting. Final meeting schedules will be provided closer to the event date.
CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION
• In case of unforeseen circumstances, buyers must notify the organizer of their inability to attend at least 50 days prior to the event (by Feb 10, 2025). Failure to attend without prior notice may result in exclusion from future events hosted by the organizer.
DECLARATION BY THE BUYER
• We hereby declare that the information given in this application is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. In case any information given in this application proves to be false or incorrect, we shall be responsible for the consequences.
• The present form is made in 2 originals, one original for each party. The Agreement comes into force from the date of its signing by the applicant and is valid until the complete fulfillment of the obligations by the both Parties.
• We hereby confirm that we have read and understood all
the provisions of the General Terms of Participation and all the conditions and agree
to follow these provisions and conditions.
